Introduction

Why is Open Enrollment Important to Me?

2024-2025 Benefits Open Enrollment (OE) is fast approaching. Three Wire Systems’ Annual Open Enrollment will start on Monday, October 13 and ends on Monday, October 20th. During this timeframe, you will have the opportunity to review the 2024-2025 benefit offerings, add or remove dependents, and enroll in benefits for the 2024-2025 plan year.

To ensure this year’s benefits enrollment goes smoothly, we strongly encourage you to take the following steps prior to October 20th:

    1. Log In: Make sure you are able to successfully log in to: ADP Workforce Now.
    2. Verify Dependents: Check that all eligible dependents you plan to cover under your benefits for 2025-2025 have been added as a “dependent” on your ADP Workforce Now profile.
    3. Confirm Benefits: Enroll and confirm your benefits for 2025-2026.
    4. Update Beneficiary Information: Make sure your beneficiary information is up to date.
    5. Verify Address: Verify your address is up to date to prevent delays in receiving your new ID cards.

Open Enrollment | What It Means to Me?

For HSA and FSA benefits: These benefits are ACTIVE, you must actively elect these benefits during the open enrollment period (October 13 – October 20). If you do not elect these benefits before the end of open enrollment, you will not have coverage for the new plan year.

For All Other Benefits: These benefits are PASSIVE this year, so the benefits you have today will automatically roll over to the new plan year. If you’d like to make changes to your benefits, now is the time to do so.

Medical/Dental/Vision: These benefits are PASSIVE this year, so the benefits you have today will automatically roll over to the new plan year. If you’d like to make changes to your benefits, now is the time to do so.

Supplemental Benefits: These benefits are PASSIVE this year, so the benefits you have today will automatically roll over to the new plan year. If you’d like to make changes to your benefits, now is the time to do so.

What's Changing:

  • Flexible Spending Account: New 2025 IRS Max Limit: $3,300
  • Health Savings Account: New 2026 IRS Max Contribution Limit: $4,400 / $8,750

How To Enroll Benefits

LOGGING IN | ADP 

  1. Log into your ADP website. Note: If this is your first time logging in, or you need help getting started, click the appropriate link for instructions and assistance.
  2. Access the Employee Self Service Website.
  3. Click "User Login".

Note: Information or activity notification pages may display. Please respond as needed to continue.

After you log in, use the Enrollments page to review your current benefits, if applicable, and make your Open Enrollment selections. To view your current enrollment details:

  • Start by going to Myself > Benefits > Enrollments.
  • Click the "Plan Name" to view details of the enrollment and to edit beneficiary assignments.
  • On the Enrollment Details Page, review enrollment information for the plan you selected. Note: For additional assistance, click the "Help" icon.
  • When you have completed your review, click "Done". You can select other plans to review as needed.

Tip: The Help icon and the Full Screen icon display at the top of the page (following the name of the page). Click the "Help" icon to find additional assistance and information. Click the "Full Screen" icon to expand the page you are viewing. Click the "Restore" icon to return to the normal view.

MAKING ENROLLMENT CHANGES

Start by going to Splash Page > Start This Enrollment OR Myself > Benefits > Enrollments.

If the Splash Page is activated by your HR admin and you qualify for Open Enrollment, during your Open

Enrollment period you will be prompted by the Splash Page upon login. To enter the Open Enrollment

  1. process, click on "Start This Enrollment".
