Unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event (QLE), the only other time you may make changes outside of your initial enrollment period is Open Enrollment which is typically held every July for an August 1 effective date.
During your initial Enrollment Period, you will need to complete and submit the pre-populated UHC and Guardian enrollment/waiver forms within 30 days of your hire date (effective date).
