Once you have reviewed your 2022 benefit information and are ready to submit your elections, please visit Zeal Connection.
1.Go to Zeal Connection
2.Enter your User ID: First Initial + Last Name
e.g.John Smilth = Jsmith
3.Enter your Password: Last 4 of your SSN
4.Follow instructions and enroll in your benefits
5.Make sure to save your elections and print your confirmation statement
