Annual enrollment is your opportunity to learn about your health care benefits, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family.
Your Medical and Vision plan year runs from May 1, 2025, through April 30, 2026.
Your Dental, Life/AD&D, STD, LTD plan year runs from November 1, 2025, through October 31, 2026.
Please review all Benefits Overview Information.
If NO changes are needed, then your current benefits will just roll over into the new plan year.

How To Enroll
Current Employees:
- If you'd like to change your existing Medical and Vision coverage or make new elections, you must do so by April 20th.
- If you'd like to change your existing Medical and Vision coverage or make new elections, you must do so by October 20th.
- Your current medical, dental and vision elections will carry forward to 2025-2026 if you don't make a new election.
New Hires:
- You will need to complete any related enrollment form(s).
