This enrollment site is available throughout the 2022 plan year for benefit eligible Wolf-Gordon employees. If you have already enrolled in benefits for the 2022 plan year, you will be permitted to change your elections if you have a Life Event only (as outlined in your employee Benefits Guide). If you are enrolling for the first time, there is a link to the enrollment portal in the below section to make your elections. To assist in making an educated decision on which benefit plans to enroll in, please refer to the videos and recorded Webinar’s below. How To Enroll
- Visit the Paylocity portal in the link below to enroll or modify your elections for 2022
- If you are already enrolled, you may change your existing coverage throughout the plan year if you experience a life change event only
- If you are a new hire and have satisfied the new hire waiting period, visit the Paylocity link below to begin the enrollment process
- To participate in a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account in 2022, you must make an active election. Your 2021 elections for HSA or FSA will not carry over to 2022
Medical Plans
This section provides information on the Wolf-Gordon Medical Plans and Medical Plan Resources through United Healthcare available to employees enrolling for 2022.
Dental Plans
