Annual enrollment is your opportunity to learn about your health care benefits, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family.
Your current plan year runs from December 1, 2025, through November 30, 2026.
Please review all Benefits Overview Information. If no changes are needed, your current benefits will roll over into the new plan year.

HOW TO ENROLL
Current Employees:
- If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by December 15
- Your current medical elections will carry forward to 2024-2025 if you don't make a new election.
New Hires:
- You will need to complete any carrier enrollment forms you wish to enroll in for the plan year.
