Aspire offers you and your eligible family members a comprehensive and valuable benefit program. We encourage you to take the time to educate yourself about your options in order to choose the best coverage for you and your family.
Medical Insurance
Union Employees have three medical options in 2026:
- Encompass Plus C
- Encompass Plus D
- iDirect $1,700/$3,400
If you're enrolling for the first time, changing plans, or removing/adding a dependent please complete the IHA Enrollment Application.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
You can elect to deposit funds into an FSA if you take the Encompass C or Encompass D plan.
Health Savings Account (HSA)
You can elect to deposit funds into the HSA if you take the iDirect $1,700/$3,400 plan.
Dental Insurance
If you're enrolling for the first time, changing plans, or removing/adding a dependent please complete the Ameritas Enrollment Application.
Vision Insurance
If you're enrolling for the first time, changing plans, or removing/adding a dependent please complete the Davis Vision Enrollment Application.
Life Insurance
If you're interested in electing Voluntary Life, please complete the enrollment and the EOI form.
Retirement Planning - 403(b)
