Annual Open Enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the 2025 Health Care Benefits offered through USEFCU, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family.
We are pleased to announce there will be no benefit changes this year! The only rate changes are to your medical and dental plans, and it is very minimal.

Everyone is encouraged to view and update their benefits through Paycom between November 6th and 13th.
Benefit changes outside of Open Enrollment require a Qualifying Life Event and/or Loss of Eligibility.
You may not change your benefits throughout the year unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event. Qualifying Events may include marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child, loss of eligibility under another plan. If you experience a qualifying event, you must notify HR within 30 days of the event; you will then be able to log in to Paycom and make changes to your benefits. Please remember you only have 30 days from the event to make changes to your benefit elections.
New Health plan ID Cards will be sent in 2025.
