Open Enrollment Window: November 7th - 14th



Annual Open Enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the 2024 Health Care Benefits offered through USEFCU, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family.


We are pleased to announce there will be no benefit changes this year! The only rate change is to the PPO plus Premier dental plan, and it is very minimal.

Please Visit www.paycomonline.com by Tuesday, November 14th!

Everyone is encouraged to view and update their benefits through Paycom between November 7th and 14th.


Benefit changes outside of Open Enrollment require a Qualifying Life Event and/or Loss of Eligibility.

You may not change your benefits throughout the year unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event. Qualifying Events may include marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child, loss of eligibility under another plan. If you experience a qualifying event, you must notify HR within 30 days of the event; you will then be able to log in to Paycom and make changes to your benefits. Please remember you only have 30 days from the event to make changes to your benefit elections.

MEDICAL & Rx


New Health plan ID Cards will be sent in 2024.

  • When you receive your new ID card(s) in the mail, destroy your old card(s)
  • Each family member will now have their own Health plan ID card
  • Present your new ID card(s) at your next doctor and pharmacy visit
  • you may also access your new ID card(s) through myuhc.com and the UnitedHealthcare app
