If you enroll in one of the Aetna High Deductible Health Plans, you will have the option to contribute money to a Health Savings Account administered by Payflex The 2022 maximum annual contribution to an HSA is $3,650 for employees with Single coverage and $7,300 for employees covering dependents. TruMark Financial will also make an annual contribution to your Health Savings Account based on your medical enrollment tier:

  • Single - $500
  • Employee & Spouse - $750
  • Employee & Child(ren) - $750
  • Family - $1,000

TruMark Financial offers you the option of setting up a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and setting aside money from your paycheck on a pre-tax basis to pay for eligible expenses. For the 2022-2023 plan year, you can contribute up to $2,850 to a Health Care FSA and up to $5,000 to a Dependent Care FSA.

Employee Assistance Program


The Aetna Resources for Living program is an Employee Assistance Program. This service is provided at no cost to you and all members of your household. You can receive up to 3 counseling sessions each year on issues such as anxiety, stress management, substance abuse or family matters. Emotional wellbeing support is available 24 hours a day and counseling sessions can be done face to face, via televideo or chat therapy. With the Aetna Resources for Living program, you also have access to a range of additional services at no cost including:
