TruMark Financial’s annual enrollment for employee benefits will be held from October 4th through October 15th. Annual enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to make changes to your benefit plans. Elections made during this annual enrollment period will take effect December 1, 2021.

Good news! There will be no change to the Aetna medical plans for the December 2021 plan year. You will continue to have the option to enroll the Aetna medical plans below:
There will also be no change to the paycheck contributions for these plans in the new plan year!!
Additionally, the Rx N Go prescription drug benefit will continue to be provided to you when you enrolled in one of TruMark Financial’s medical plans.
If you enroll in one of the Aetna High Deductible Health Plans, you will have the option to enroll in a Health Savings Account administered by Payflex The 2021 maximum annual contribution to an HSA is $3,600 for employees with Single coverage and $7,200 for employees with Family coverage. TruMark Financial will also make an annual contribution to your Health Savings Account based on your medical enrollment tier:
TruMark Financial’s contributions are broken into four quarterly installments.
The Ameritas dental plan will continue to be offered in the new plan year. There will be no change to the paycheck contributions for the dental plan next year.
The VBA voluntary vision plan will continue to be offered in the next plan year.
There will be no change to the plan design or paycheck contributions next year.
TruMark Financial offers you the option of setting up a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and setting aside money from your paycheck on a pre-tax basis to pay for eligible expenses. For the 2021-2022 plan year, you can contribute up to $2,750 to a Health Care FSA and up to $5,000 to a Dependent Care FSA.
At open enrollment, you have the option to elect any of the voluntary benefits offered by Prudential and CountryWide.
The Prudential plans help you manage your expenses when you have an unexpected or significant medical expense. The benefits payable under each of these plans are a direct cash payment to you:
CountryWide’s programs offer you services related to legal counseling and identity theft protection.
New for December 2021, the Countrywide Platinum ID Theft program will no longer be offered. A new plan – the Diamond Plus ID Theft plan – will be offered in its place. If you are currently enrolled in the Platinum ID Theft program, you can continue your enrollment in this plan or elect to move to one of Countrywide’s other ID theft plans.
