TruMark Financial offers 4 different medical plans through Aetna.

Additionally, the Rx N Go prescription drug benefit is provided to you when you enroll in one of TruMark Financial’s medical plans.

Payflex HSA

If you enroll in one of the Aetna High Deductible Health Plans, you have the option to enroll in a Health Savings Account administered by Payflex. The 2021 maximum annual contribution to an HSA is $3,600 for employees with Single coverage and $7,200 for employees with Family coverage. TruMark Financial will also make an annual contribution to your Health Savings Account based on your medical enrollment tier:

  • Single - $500
  • Employee & Spouse - $750
  • Employee & Child(ren) - $750
  • Family - $1,000

TruMark Financial’s contributions are broken into four quarterly installments.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

TruMark Financial offers you the option of setting up a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and setting aside money from your paycheck on a pre-tax basis to pay for eligible expenses. For the 2021-2022 plan year, you can contribute up to $2,750 to a Health Care FSA and up to $5,000 to a Dependent Care FSA.

TruMark Financial offers voluntary benefits with two different insurers.  

 

The Prudential plans help you manage your expenses when you have an unexpected or significant medical expense. The benefits payable under each of these plans are a direct cash payment to you.
