Tri-Star will once again offer two benefit options from UPMC Health Plan for your medical coverage.
Benefit summaries for each plan are provided below as well as some additional information about UPMC's prescription drug, Active and Fit and Anywhere Care programs.
We are pleased to say that, for the second year in a row, employees' and dependents' contributions WILL NOT INCREASE over prior year's costs. We are doing all we can to help ease the burden of medical expenses for our employees. You can view employee costs on the enrollment forms below.
If you are not yet enrolled or you would like to make changes to your current enrollment election, please use the enrollment form found at the bottom of this page. Turn the form into the Office Manager at your respective store by December 7th.
You do not need to take any action if you are already enrolled and are NOT changing your election from last year.
Gap coverage offered through Beazley helps our employees to lower their out of pocket medical costs. All employees who enroll in UPMC group medical benefits are enrolled in the Beazley Base Gap Plan at no additional cost to the employees.

If you would like to improve your coverage, employees may purchase the Enhanced Gap Plan at the rates outline on the summary. Please indicate on the Enrollment Form if you would like to buy up to the Enhanced Gap Plan.
The Beazley Limited Indemnity plan is offered to any employee who elects UPMC medical coverage. The plan provides you up to $100/day while confined to a hospital up to 31 days per year and gives you $250/day for lab work for up to 7 days per year. If you are not already enrolled in this plan, you can complete the enrollment form below to enroll for December 1, 2021. This coverage is offered at no cost to Tri-Star employees. Employees can purchase this coverage for their dependents at the rates outlined.
Tri-Star Motors offers each full-time employee $25,000 worth of life insurance coverage. This coverage is fully paid by Tri-Star Motors.
Tri-Star offers group vision and dental benefits on a voluntary basis through the Pennsylvania Auto Association. Open enrollment for these plans will occur in June 2022 for July 1, 2022 effective dates.
