Health care reform imposes a $2,500 limit on annual employee salary reduction contributions to health FSAs offered under cafeteria plans. Nonelective employer contributions to health FSAs are not included in this limit. Grandfathered exemptions do not apply to this requirement, so all health FSAs offered under cafeteria plans must comply. This limit is adjusted annually for inflation. For 2019, the limit is $2,700. For 2018, the limit was $2,650
