ELIGIBILITY

All regular employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible to participate in the benefit plans offered by TRC. Benefits are effective the first of the month following date of hire. When you enroll in the benefits program, you may also cover your eligible dependents. Dependents include your legal spouse and children. Dependent Children eligibility is as follows:


  • Medical, Dental, Vision: Age 26
  • Voluntary Life/AD&D: Age 19, or 26 if full time student


Spousal Provision: If your spouse has medical coverage through their employer, they must elect that coverage first to be eligible for The Reynolds Company medical insurance. If your spouse is covered by both their employer plan and the TRC plan, the TRC plan will be secondary.

EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUTIONS

The Reynolds Company is excited to announce that there will be no changes to your employee contributions for medical, dental, and vision. These contributions are paid on a pre-tax basis.


Please note, if you are currently covered by the voluntary life/ad&d coverage, you may experience a change in contribution due to increase in age. See the enrollment portal above for cost details.
