The Reynolds Company works diligently to provide you with an affordable and best in class Health Care Program. Your benefits with TRC are effective the first of the month following your date of hire. You must review the below information and complete your Dayforce Online Enrollment within your first 30 days of hire.
Remember, this is the only time during the year that you can enroll in coverage, unless you have a qualifying event during the year. You have 30 days from the qualifying event date to notify HR to make the changes. Common life events are: marriage, divorce, birth, adoption, and loss in coverage.
Here's what you'll need to do:

Click the Dayforce Online Enrollment button to complete your online enrollment. View the How to Enroll section for additional instructions.
Click the PLANselect button to find out which medical plan option is best for you. The Decision Support Tool is designed to help you choose the lowest-cost, best-value health plan option available based on your anticipated medical needs. Just answer FOUR simple questions about your likely medical needs for the coming year, and the tool will analyze your health plan options.

How To Enroll
Using Internet Explorer or Chrome, go to www.Dayforcehcm.com and log in.
Locate the Benefits Icon (white circle with a blue cross in it) and "Choose Start Enrollment."
