All full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for benefits.
New Hire:
As a new member of the Teleperformance USA team, your benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following 60 days of hire (not to exceed 90 days of continuous employment). Upon hire, you have from your hire date to your effective date to make your benefit decisions.
Existing Employee:
You may add, drop or make changes to your benefits each year during Open Enrollment; however, in order to make a change during the year, you need experience a Qualifying Life Event (QLE). Please review the benefit guide and consult with Workterra or your Human Resource manager for more information about valid QLEs.
NOTE: You must notify Workterra within 30 days of the date or your life event if you wish to make a change to your current benefit elections.
Who Can Participate?
You are eligible to participated in the elective deferral portion of the plan if you are 21 years or older and completed three months of service as defined by the plan (you can start contributing on the 1st of the quarter following three months of service).

How Much Can I Contribute?
In 2022, you can make pre-tax or post-tax (Roth) contributions up to $20,500 total to all 401(k) accounts. If you are over age 50, you may make additional catch-up contributions up to $6,500.
Reminder: You have the opportunity to take a loan from your 401(k) which can be paid back via payroll deductions. Contact Human Resources to learn more.
The EAP program, offered through Health Advocate, is a free 24/7 telephonic and online service for employees and family members who may be experiencing personal or workplace difficulties or are in need of other work/life services, such as medical claim questions, financial or legal questions and childcare or eldercare support, among others.
