Welcome to The Pencil Grip’s Employee Benefits Overview Page! Here you can review your benefit offerings, make qualifying event changes and access employee resources that are available to you. Helping you and your family reach and maintain good health is very important to The Pencil Grip. The Pencil Grip is pleased to offer a selection of benefits designed with your health and financial wellbeing in mind. We review our benefit programs each year to ensure we consider the best combination of benefit coverage, network access and affordability for employees.



Important Things to Know:


The benefit choices you make during your initial enrollment or annual enrollment remain in effect for the entire year.


You can, however, modify your elections under certain circumstances, called "Qualifying Events" These are events such as marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child, loss of eligibility under another plan. If you experience a qualifying event, you may make changes to your benefits within 30 days of the event or 60 days if the event is due to birth or adoption of a child.

How To Enroll

If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections during open enrollment, you must do so by completing the appropriate carrier form located below.


Please Note: You will not be able to make changes outside of open enrollment unless you have a qualifying event (marriage, birth, divorce, etc).

Through signing up for Live Health Online, you and your family can visit with a doctor or therapist by video on your smartphone, tablet or computer using our free app. It’s easy, convenient and lets you to get the care you need when it fits into your schedule. Live Health Online provides access to a board-certified doctor 24/7. My Health Advantage

MyHealth Advantage is a free service that helps you save money and stay healthy. You can access this service through Sydney℠ Health Mobile App. Here’s how it works:


  • Tips to save money: We’ll tell you when you can save money on your prescriptions and other health care services.
  • Prescription drugs: If your prescription claims are available and we see that you have prescriptions for two drugs you shouldn’t take at the same time, we’ll let your doctor know. Also, if it’s time for a refill, we’ll remind you.
  • Checkups, tests and exams: If it’s time for you to have an exam or test, we’ll remind you to call your doctor. If we find something that can help you, we’ll mail you a confidential MyHealth Note. Plus, when you download the Sydney℠ Health Mobile App to your iPhone or Android smartphone, you’ll have the option to receive your personalized, secure health messages on-the-go through the Mobile Inbox.
