All full time eligible employees can choose between Sedera (a cost sharing plan) , an ICHRA (using employer contributions to purchase a fully insured individual medical plan from the exchange), or Sidecar Health. You will receive $106 towards your choice of these three options.

Register your account on the app or the web portal –you only need to register once and your login will work for both.

Use your Group ID and Member ID from the front of your membership card.

Enter your email address – this will be your username for the app and portal.

Enter your mobile phone number and a password, then proceed.
You will be prompted to confirm your account through text message or email. Enter the code and continue.

Dental Select's dental plan provides comprehensive coverage to help you and your family maintain good dental health. Providers are part of the Dental Select Platinum Co-Insurance network, or you may see an out-of-network dentist of your choice. Be aware if you go out-of-network, your costs will be higher.

All employees should complete an election form to indicate whether they are enrolling or waiving Sedera (cost sharing plan), ICHRA, dental, and vision.
Anyone enrolling with Sedera must complete their online enrollment with Sedera by the 19th of the month in order to get a 1st of the month effective date. Sedera cannot backdate enrollments.
