Annual enrollment is your opportunity to learn about your health care benefits, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family.

Your Medical plan year runs from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025.

Your Dental, Vision, STD and LTD plan year runs from April 1, 2025, through March 31, 2026.

HOW TO ENROLL

ENROLLMENT FORMS

Current Employees: 

  • If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by December 20th.
  • Your current medical, dental and vision elections will carry forward at renewal if you don't make a new election.

New Hires:

  • You should receive a login email for Employee Navigator to make your benefit elections.
