What to Expect

The process is as follows:

First, a data request is completed and sent to the COE.
Next, the COE will conduct comprehensive marketing, effectively communicating the expected turnaround time.
Ultimately, you will receive a complete analysis of the marketing results and the original quotes to review with your client.
Expertise on hand:
A COE consultant is available to review the quotes with you, provide guidance on the most appropriate deductible levels, and advise on the best contractual terms for your client.
Claims management and reimbursement support:
Claims that reach 50% of the stop loss deductible are reviewed on a monthly basis and monitored closely.
Any claim that hits the deductible is submitted the day it is received.
The Stop Loss COE will provide updates on outstanding claims.
