What to Expect
The process is as follows:
- First, a data request is completed and sent to the COE.
- Next, the COE will conduct comprehensive marketing, effectively communicating the expected turnaround time.
- Ultimately, you will receive a complete analysis of the marketing results and the original quotes to review with your client.
- Expertise on hand:
- A COE consultant is available to review the quotes with you, provide guidance on the most appropriate deductible levels, and advise on the best contractual terms for your client.
- Claims management and reimbursement support:
- Claims that reach 50% of the stop loss deductible are reviewed on a monthly basis and monitored closely.
- Any claim that hits the deductible is submitted the day it is received.
- The Stop Loss COE will provide updates on outstanding claims.
