Pharmacy
A qualified high deductible health plan with a Health Savings Account is an alternative to traditional health insurance plans. The HSA is a savings product that offers a different way for consumers to pay for their health care costs. You must be covered by a Qualified High Deductible Health Plan (QHDHP) to be able to contribute to an HSA.
Your HSA is your money. Whatever you do not spend in a given year rolls over to the next. If you change jobs or retire, your HSA balance goes with you.
If you are enrolled on the QHDHP (HSA $2500) and enrolled to contribute to the HSA through Optum Bank, SpinSys will contribute the following to your account on a monthly basis:
• Employee Only= $20
• Employee & Spouse/Domestic Partner= $35
• Employee & Child(ren)= $35
• Family= $50

Life insurance can provide your dependents with a lifetime of financial security and upon your death, can be used to pay off your debts - such as credit cards and your mortgage - or other expenses that could burden your family.
That's why Sin Sys provides Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance to full-time employees at no cost to you.
As an employee, you can purchase additional Life and AD&D for yourself, spouse, and dependents.
Disability Insurance
Becoming disabled is often and unexpected and a burdensome experience, and it can happen to anyone. Disability insurance can help protect your income in the event of a disability by providing you a benefit for injuries and sickness which are not work related.
Supplemental benefits helps to offset the unexpected medical expenses, such as emergency room fees, deductible and copayments. Ent Credit Union employees can purchase supplemental Accident, Critical Illness, or Hospital Indemnity Coverage for themselves and their dependents.
You have the option to pay for supplemental voluntary insurance
The Guardian offers voluntary accident, hospital indemnity and critical illness benefits plan to help fill those voids in coverage from deductibles, coinsurance and copays.
It gives employees access to a streamlined collection of benefits that would traditionally require the purchase of multiple insurance plans, making it a more affordable option for consumers looking for additional financial protection options against out-of-pocket expenses.
Corporate Discounts
SpinSys offers Corporate Discounts through ADP. LifeMart provides discounts to movies, theme parks, theater, hotels, car rental, and so much more!
Simply log into ADP > Go to Resources > Go to My Tools > Click on the Box that says "Your Employee Discounts" > A new window will pop up > Begin your savings!

SpinSys offers Identity Theft Protection through LifeLock. LifeLock members have exclusive protection services including proprietary identity monitoring with technology that scans hundreds of millions of data points a day looking for different threats that could lead to identity theft. Employee Assistance Program
SpinSys offers two Employee Assistance Programs to ensure you have the confidential support you need whatever life throws at you: stress, anxiety, relationships, child or elder care matters, emotional issues, grief, or legal / financial assistance.
If you are a Military Retiree, Retired Reservist or National Guardsmen and have TRICARE health insurance, you may be eligible to enroll in a TRICARE Supplement plan and could be saving more on out-of-pocket co-pays, pre-scription costs, and cost shares. Our company offers a special type of insurance product that helps cover these costs.
A TRICARE Supplement plan wraps around your TRICARE health insurance coverage to help cover the cost TRICARE leaves behind. It covers cost share, co-payments, and excess charges, which include cost share for inpatient and outpatient care, including doctor visits, emergency room care, prescription medications, and prescription copays.
