Virtual Open Enrollment Meetings will be conducted on July 8 and July 13, 2021 (Invites have been forwarded). Updated recordings will continue to be posted to the OE Landing Page Site.
How To Enroll
Unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event (QLE), the open enrollment period (July 8th - July 22nd) is your annual opportunity to make changes to your benefit elections. If you do not make elections during this year's open enrollment period, your current benefit elections will rollover.
Only if you are enrolling/waiving for the first time or making changes, will you need to complete and submit the pre-populated UHC and Guardian enrollment/waiver forms.

United Healthcare
If you are currently enrolled in the UHC Medical Plan and do not make changes to your medical election during this year's open enrollment period, your current health election will automatically rollover to the mapped UHC Medical Plan.
Medical: UHC (No Carrier Change)
- Limited Disruption
- Similar mapped plan designs (minor changes) offered in 2021-2022.
H.S.A.: Optum Bank (No Administrator Change)
- Annual Contribution amount for 2021 Increased to:
- $3,600 Individual Coverage
- $7,200 Family Coverage
- $1,000 Extra if you are 55 or older known as Catch-up Contributions
- Questions/Enrollment:
- Must be enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) that is H.S.A. eligible

Guardian
If you are currently enrolled in the Guardian Dental/Vision/Life & Disability/Voluntary Plans and do not make changes to your health election during this year's open enrollment period, your current elections will automatically rollover to the current (unchanged) Guardian plans.
