How To Enroll Online
December 8th - December 14th, 2022
All team members can access our online benefits enrollment platform, Maxwell Health, 24/7. Please sign in during the above Annual Open Enrollment period to make benefit changes that will become effective 1/1/2023.
Changes outside of Open Enrollment: New Hires, Qualifying Life Events, and mid-year changes will also utilize Maxwell Health enrollment platform. Please sign in to make qualified changes as needed.
- Go to member.maxwellhealth.com/login or click the "Ready to Enroll?" button below
- Use your Username and Password from the previous year's enrollment. If you have not previously registered, select “Set Up New Account”
- Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Social Security Number.
- Follow instructions and enroll in your benefits
- Make sure to save your elections and print your confirmation statement.
