Wellness Program

For 2021, Shutt Sports will be utaliznig a new company for the wellness program.


Tests include: Chem 30, HbA1c Reflex, CBC, PSA for males 50+, TSH for females 40+, Total Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides, Glucose, Blood Pressure, Height, Weight, Waist Circumference and BMI.


To qualify for the wellness rate, you will just need to pass 3 of the 5 Metabolic Syndromes. See chart for further details.
