At Strategic Insight, we care about the welfare of our employees and want to ensure that you have comprehensive insurance coverage to carry you and your family through life’s expected and unexpected events.
For the 2026 - 2027 plan year, we will be staying with the same vendors for the medical, vision, life and disability and supplemental health benefits. The dental benefit is moving to DeltaDental with an enhancement to the Ortho benefit. Please review the Employee Benefits Portal and open enrollment webinar linked below to review vendors and coverage details. This year will be an Active open enrollment. This means that if you do not login to ADP and make your elections, your current benefits will not rollover into the new plan year and will terminate on 6/30/26.
Open Enrollment Education
Annual enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the Health Care Program for the upcoming plan year, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family. How to Enroll
Action Required
This year will be an Active open enrollment. This means that if you don't login to ADP and make your elections, your current benefits will not rollover into the new plan year and will terminate on 6/30/26.
Open Enrollment is the one time of year where you can update your elections. The elections you make will remain in place until 6/30/27. You cannot make changes to these elections unless you have a Qualifying Life Event (QLE). You must notify HR within 30 days of your QLE to be eligible to make new elections.
