Your plan year runs from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026.

If NO CHANGES are needed, then your current benefits will just roll over into the new plan year.

HOW TO ENROLL
- If you'd like to make any changes to your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by January 10.
- Your current medical, dental and vision elections will carry forward to 2026 if you don't make a new election.
