Our annual Open Enrollment period has started and this is your opportunity to learn about Signature Bank’s Benefit Programs for the 2022 plan year. You will have the ability to view programs available to you and your family, and select plan options that will provide coverage from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022. Open Enrollment will take place from November 1, 2021 through November 15, 2021. Due to COVID-19, Signature Bank will be unable to conduct in-person Open Enrollment meetings this year, however, we will have three live educational webinar sessions that employees can attend to learn more about the 2022 benefits offerings. For employees eligible for benefits throughout the 2022 plan year, please refer to the benefit information in the sections below.

How To Enroll

  • Visit Workday in the link below to enroll or modify your elections for 2022
  • You can access Workday from home to make your elections before the November 15, 2021 enrollment deadline
  • If you are already enrolled you may change your existing coverage or make new elections by November 15, 2021. Your current medical, dental and vision elections will carry forward to 2022 if you don't make a new election
  • To participate in a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account in 2022, you must make an active election, even if you're already participating in 2021
