Why is Open Enrollment Important to Me?
2023-2024 Benefits Open Enrollment (OE) is fast approaching. RedPeg Marketing’s Annual Open Enrollment will start on Monday, July 31st and ends on Friday, August 11th. During this timeframe, you will have the opportunity to review the 2023 benefit offerings, add or remove dependents, and enroll in benefits for the 2023-2024 plan year.
To ensure this year’s benefits enrollment goes smoothly, we strongly encourage you to take the following steps prior to July 31st:
1. Make sure you are able to successfully login Employee Navigator. Company Identifier: REDPEG
2. Check to ensure that all eligible dependents you plan to cover under your benefits for 2023-2024 have been added as a “dependent” on your Employee Navigator profile.
3. Enroll and Confirm your benefits for 2023-2024.

WHAT IS CHANGING
1. New CareFirst Medical plan. The new CareFirst medical plan will be the only medical plan offered (as opposed to two medical plans last year).
2. New CareFirst Dental plan. In addition to the current dental plan, We will now be offering an additional dental plan (buy-up plan) with a higher annual maximum and includes Orthodontics services.
Open Enrollment | What It Means To Me?
This year benefits are ACTIVE, you must actively elect benefits during the open enrollment period (July 31st – August 11th ). If you do not elect benefits before the end of open enrollment, you will not have coverage for the new plan year.
