Annual enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the 2022 Employee Benefits Program, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family. Please review our 2022 Enrollment Guide and attend our upcoming education session to learn more about our 2022 benefits offerings.

  • Review all your benefits plans, options, and rates for 2022


  • Explore network providers for medical and dental coverage


  • Reminder to update Beneficiaries for employer paid life insurance


  • Open Enrollment is the ONLY time you can make changes to your elections unless you have a qualifying event.


  • Sun Life Benefits (vision, life, and disability insurance) will remain the same for a 2/1/2022 date. More information to follow in early January

How To Enroll

Action Required
  • Visit https://ragle.ease.com or click below to enroll and modify your elections for 2022.
  • If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by December 17th. Your current benefit elections will carry forward to 2022 if you don't make a new election.
  • To participate in a Health Savings Account in 2022 (only available if enrolling in a HDHP), you must make an active election, even if you're already participating in 2021.
