Open Enrollment Window: November 13th - 22nd
Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to update and learn about the benefits provided through Rimrock Energy. All benefit changes during open enrollment will become effective December 1, 2024.
We will be moving our medical insurance to BCBS of Oklahoma with a new plan design and significant premium savings for the 2024-2025 plan year. All our other benefits and carriers will stay the same with very small premium increases on dental and vision.
This website is your spot to access benefit summaries, carrier links and informative videos 24/7.
Please review the information on this site or you can download the 2024-2025 Employee Benefit Guide. Our annual benefit compliance notices are also available for you to download below if needed.
EMPLOYEE ELIGIBILITY
You are eligible to participate if you are full-time and work a minimum of 30 hours per week. Your coverage will be effective 1st of the month following your date of hire.
DEPENDENT ELIGIBILITY
You may also enroll eligible dependents for benefits coverage. A ‘dependent’ is defined as the legal spouse/domestic partner and/or dependent child(ren), up to age 26, of the plan participant or their spouse.
If you are not making any changes to your benefit elections no action is required. All current benefit elections will rollover to the new plan year, expect the Flexable Spending Account(s) - these benefits require re-enrollment every year.
We recommend that everyone login to Netchex and review your benefit selections annually.
1.Go to netchexonline.net and login with your email address and password.
2.Under “My Benefits” you will click on “Open Enrollment”.
3.Follow instructions and enroll in your benefits on or before November 22nd
4.Make sure you confirm and update your information and electronically sign and save when completed.
Benefit changes outside of Open Enrollment require a Qualifying Life Event and/or Loss of Eligibility.
You may not change your benefits throughout the year unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event. Qualifying Events may include marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child, loss of eligibility under another plan. If you experience a qualifying event, you must notify HR within 30 days of the event; you will then be able to log in to Netchex and make changes to your benefits. Please remember you only have 30 days from the event to make changes to your benefit elections.
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma will be our new administer for medical and prescription drug benefits.
Humana will continue to administer our dental plan.
Humana will continue to administer our vision plan.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible expenses. By contributing to a Flexible Spending Account, you reduce your taxable income — which saves you money. Rimrock will continue to use TASC as our FSA administrator.
