Introduction
Questex, LLC's annual Open Enrollment period has started and this is your opportunity to learn about the Questex Benefit Programs for the 2023 plan year. You will have the ability to view programs available to you and your family and select plan options that will provide coverage from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023. Open Enrollment will take place from November 1, 2022 through November 15, 2022. For plan resources and summaries, please refer to the benefit information in the sections below.

How To Enroll
IMPORTANT:
Questex, LLC has a new enrollment platform through UKG. This is an active open enrollment meaning you MUST actively elect or waive all benefit plan options you wish to enroll in for 2023. Visit the Questex, LLC UKG portal below to enroll and modify your elections for 2023. Once in the portal, to enroll go to Menu>Myself>Benefits>Open Enrollment
- If electing benefits coverage for the first time, you MUST log into the UKG portal to make benefit elections between November 1, 2022 and November 15, 2022.
- If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so between November 1, 2022 and November 15, 2022. Your current medical, dental, vision and voluntary plan elections will not carry forward to 2023 if you don't make a new election.
- To participate in a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account in 2023, you must make an active election. Your 2022 elections for HSA or FSA will not carry over to 2023.
- If you would like to decline all or any particular benefits coverage, review the benefit plan options in UKG and choose to decline and submit the enrollment.
All plan elections must be completed by November 15, 2022. You will NOT be able to modify or make new plan elections after November 15, 2022, unless you experience a life change event.
Medical
This section provides information on the Questex, LLC Medical Plans and Medical Plan Resources through Cigna available to employees enrolling for 2023.
Dental
This section provides information on the Questex, LLC Dental Plans and Dental Plan Resources through Cigna available to employees enrolling for 2023.
Voluntary Vision
This section provides information on the Questex, LLC Voluntary Vision Plan and Vision Plan Resources through EyeMed available to employees enrolling for 2023.
FSA/ HSA
This section provides information on the Questex, LLC FSA and HSA Plans available to employees enrolling for 2023.
InsurChoice Discount Programs
Questex, LLC provides employees with the option to enroll in additional voluntary and discount programs through InsurChoice. These programs offer low-cost coverage for a number of products such as:
- Auto Insurance
- Home & Renters Insurance
- Pet Insurance
- Travel Protection
- Medicare Advantage Plans
- ACA Healthcare
- Home Warranty

Voluntary Life & Disability
This section provides information on the Questex, LLC Voluntary Life and Disability Plans and Added Value Resources available through these plans to employees for 2023.
Voluntary Programs
Questex, LLC employees will have the option to elect enrollment in a number of Voluntary programs for the 2023 plan year. These Voluntary Programs include:
- Critical Illness
- Accident
- Hospital Indemnity
- ID Theft Protection
- Legal Assistance
These Voluntary Programs help pay for out-of-pocket expenses due to unforeseen occurrences. Please review the information in this section to learn more about these programs and what they cover.
