Introduction

Proclinical announces 2025 Annual Open Enrollment.

Annual Open Enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the highly competitive Benefit Programs for the 2025 & 2026 plan years.

Important Upcoming Medical Plan Changes

Proclinical Staffing will be transitioning our benefit programs to a calendar year starting January 1, 2026.

Key Dates:

  • August 1, 2025, Renewal: Our medical plan will be renewed in August. During this open enrollment period, please review your current coverage and make any necessary adjustments before the end of open enrollment.

  • January 1, 2026, Re-Renewal: Additionally, there will be a re-renewal of our medical plans in January. This will provide an opportunity to make further changes if needed. Starting January 1, 2026, our medical plan will transition from a plan year deductible to a calendar year deductible. So, starting January 1, 2026, our medical plan deductibles and out of pocket maximums will reset to zero every January 1st. Which means that any deductible and out of pocket maximums amount you and/or your family members have accumulated from August 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, will reset to zero on January 1, 2026. So, when making your open enrollment decisions for both August 2025 and January 2026, keep in mind that your deductible / out of pocket maximums will start fresh on January 1st each year.

  • Rates: With this change your contributions will remain the same for this open enrollment as well as the open enrollment TBA in the fall.

Open Enrollment will take place from July 9, 2025, to July 19, 2025

Benefits Overview

Summary of Benefit Changes Effective August 1, 2025:

  • Medical Plan Changes - High Plan
    • No plan changes
  • Medical Plan Changes - Mid Plan
    • Increased the in-network Deductible (Individual/Family) to $3,300/$6,600 from $3,200/$6,400
    • Increased the out-of-network Deductible (Individual/Family) to $6,600/$13,200 from $6,400/$12,800
  • Medical Plan Changes - Low Plan
    • No plan changes

No plan changes to the Dental, Vision or Life/AD&D plans.

Action Required

Open Enrollment will take place from July 9, 2025 to July 18, 2025.

  • Visit the Proclinical 2025 Open Enrollment link below to review your current coverage and enroll and modify your elections for 2025.
  • If you are new at electing benefits coverage, you MUST log into the PayChecx portal (https://myapps.paychex.com/) to make benefit elections by July 18, 2025.
  • If you’d like to change your existing coverage or make new elections you must do so by July 18, 2025. However, you will have another opportunity to make new elections during Re-renewal before the Jan 2026 plan year begins.
  • If you would like to decline benefits coverage, review the benefit plan options in the PayChecx portal (https://myapps.paychex.com/) and choose to decline.
