Open Enrollment will take place from November 17, 2025 – November 24, 2025. Changes are effective on January 1, 2026.
Important Upcoming Medical Plan Changes
- Proclinical Staffing will be transitioning our benefit programs to a calendar year starting January 1, 2026.
- Mid HDHP Plan - Increased the In-network Deductible (Individual / Family) to $3,400 / $6,800 from $3,300 / $6,600
Key Dates:
•January 1, 2026, Re-Renewal: This is a re-renewal of the current medical plans for January 2026. This provides an opportunity for you to make changes to your benefit elections if needed.
Our medical plan will transition from a plan year deductible to a calendar year deductible. This means that Starting January 1, 2026, our medical plan deductibles and out of pocket maximums will reset to zero every January 1st. Any deductible and out of pocket maximums amount you and/or your family members have accumulated from August 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, will reset to zero on January 1, 2026.
•Rates: With this change your contributions will remain the same for this open enrollment.

- Visit the Proclinical 2026 Open Enrollment link below to review your current coverage and enroll and modify your elections for 2026.
- If you are new at electing benefits coverage, you MUST log into the PayChecx portal (https://myapps.paychex.com/) to make benefit elections by November 24, 2025.
- If you are electing benefit coverage, you MUST log into the Paychex portal to make benefit elections by November 24, 2025.
- If you’d like to change your existing coverage or make new elections you must do so by November 24, 2025.
- If you would like to decline benefits coverage, review the benefit plan options in the PayChecx portal (https://myapps.paychex.com/) and choose to decline.
