Benefit Enrollment Window: May 1 - 12

Open enrollment is your annual opportunity to update and learn about the benefits provided through Pinnacle Business Systems. Please review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family online through Paycor. All benefit changes during open enrollment will become effective June 1, 2024.


Changes this year -

  • Mutual of Omaha will be our new carrier for Dental, Vision, Life and AD&D, Disability and Accident.
  • Benefits will stay the same with minimal cost changes.
  • Network change for Vision - moving to EyeMed.
  • Employees and dependents are allowed to elect Voluntary Life and AD&D up to the guaranteed issues amount this open enrollment without submitting evidence of insurability (EOI).

Enrollment Instructions

Online Enrollment through Paycor

Open Enrollment begins on May 1, 2024, and ends on May 12, 2024.


Active Open Enrollment

This means you are required to review and confirm your benefits this open enrollment period.


Benefit changes outside of Open Enrollment require a Qualifying Life Event and/or Loss of Eligibility.

You may not change your benefits throughout the year unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event. Qualifying Events may include marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child, loss of eligibility under another plan. If you experience a qualifying event, you must notify HR within 30 days of the event. Please remember you only have 30 days from the event to make changes to your benefit elections.

Accident

Accident Insurance now through Mutual of Omaha

Accident insurance provides you with the extra money you need to help cover the incurred expenses you face when you suffer an injury due to an accident. Benefits are paid in addition to other insurance and can be used to help cover gaps in health insurance or other expenses.


Health Maintenance Screening Benefit - Pays a $50 benefit once per calendar year when you or your dependents go to the doctor for covered wellness screening.
