Open enrollment is your annual opportunity to update and learn about the benefits provided through Pinnacle Business Systems. Please review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family online through Paycor. All benefit changes during open enrollment will become effective June 1, 2025.

Online Enrollment through Paycor
Open Enrollment begins on May 5, 2025, and ends on May 12, 2025.
Active Open Enrollment
This means you are required to review and confirm your benefits this open enrollment period.
Benefit changes outside of Open Enrollment require a Qualifying Life Event and/or Loss of Eligibility.
You may not change your benefits throughout the year unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event. Qualifying Events may include marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child, loss of eligibility under another plan. If you experience a qualifying event, you must notify HR within 30 days of the event. Please remember you only have 30 days from the event to make changes to your benefit elections.
In order to keep our benefit offerings competitive, we will be introducing a Health Savings Account (HSA) eligible medical plan option effective June 2026. In order to allow employees to participate in an HSA we first need to move our Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to a 6/1 plan year renewal.

Vision Insurance is now with Mutual of Omaha and the EyeMed network is utilized.
Pinnacle Business Systems provides all full-time employees with $50,000 of Basic Life/AD&D coverage.
Who's Your Beneficiary? Everyone needs to make sure your beneficiary is up to date.
Don't forget to update your primary or secondary beneficiary if you experience a life event, such as a divorce or birth of a child.
Life Policy Conversion is available if you want to keep this coverage after you leave employment. You may apply to convert this policy to an individual whole life policy by completing the below application and following the directions on the form within 30 days of leaving employment.
You have the opportunity to enroll in Supplemental Life and AD&D insurance in addition to the employer provided Basic Life and AD&D coverage.
Open Enrollment:
If you are currently enrolled in this benefit, you are eligible to increase by $10,000 without Evidence of Insurability (EOI). A larger increase or adding this benefit for the first time at Open Enrollment will require EOI approval from Mutual of Omaha. Group ID Number is G000CJBK
Disability coverage is insurance for your income.
Accident Insurance now through Mutual of Omaha
Accident insurance provides you with the extra money you need to help cover the incurred expenses you face when you suffer an injury due to an accident. Benefits are paid in addition to other insurance and can be used to help cover gaps in health insurance or other expenses.
Health Maintenance Screening Benefit - Pays a $50 benefit once per calendar year when you or your dependents go to the doctor for covered wellness screening.
