As a Peoples Bank employee, you have access to comprehensive medical and ancillary lines of coverage to protect you and your family from catastrophic medical costs. The following is a summary of the information on the benefits plans offered. Eligibility Criteria:
• You must work a minimum of 30 hours a week in order to be eligible for Full Time Benefits.
• You become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following your date of hire.
Eligible Dependents:
• Legal Spouse
• Children up to the age of 26, regardless of student status or marital status. This includes biological children, stepchildren, and legally adopted or soon to be adopted children who are your dependents or for whom you are required to provide health care coverage under a Qualified Medical Child Support Order.

ImpaxRX
Determine if you can get your high-cost medications for no cost! If you or other family members have been prescribed and taking any of the High-Cost medications that ImpaxRx has programs for an ImpaxRx Prescription Advocate will be reaching out to you directly to determine if you will qualify to receive your high-cost medication at NO COST to you. Peoples Bank offers 2 medical plans:
The PPO option offers the freedom to see any provider when you need care. When you use providers from within the PPO network, you receive benefits at the discounted network cost. Most expenses, such as office visits, emergency room and prescription drugs are covered by a copay. Other expenses are subject to a deductible and coinsurance.

There are two ways to find an in-network doctor:
Benefit Amount
Basic Life and AD&D:
0.5 times earnings, rounded to the next higher $1,000, subject to
a maximum of $500,000.
Guaranteed issue
Initial eligibility period only
Under age 60: $500,000
Age 60 but less than age 70: $375,000
Age 70 and over: $150,000
Contribution Requirements
Coverage is 100% employer paid.
Life Insurance can help protect your loved ones' financial health if you are no longer there to support them.
For you: You can choose from $10,000 to $500,000 – In increments of $10,000, elections will be capped at 5x annual earnings.
For your spouse: If you elect coverage for yourself, you can choose from $5,000 to $250,000 – In increments of $5,000. Spouse amount may not exceed 100% of employee amount.
For your child(ren): If you elect coverage for yourself, you can choose $10,000 for your child. Child amount may not exceed 100% of employee amount.
Guaranteed Issue
Initial eligibility period only
Employee: $150,000
Spouse: $35,000
Child: all child amounts are guaranteed issue
