Annual enrollment is your opportunity to learn about your employee benefits, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family.
UPMC Medical plans are effective January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025.
There are two medical plans to choose from:
UPMC PPO $1,250 $20/$20 $8/$38/$76 RX
UPMC PPO $3,500 $20/$40 $8/$38/$76 RX
United Concordia Dental plan is effective June 1, 2025 through May 31, 2026.
Highmark Vision plan is effective July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.
If you are a new employee, you have the opportunity to elect coverages:
Medical - effective 1st of the month following 60 days of employment - you have a max of 30 days from the effective date to make a decision.
Dental - effective 1st of the month following 90 days of employment - you have a max of 30 days from the effective date to make a decision.
Vision - effective 1st of the month following 90 days of employment - you have a max of 30 days from the effective date to make a decision.

If you are currently enrolled in the medical, dental or vision plan(s) and you decide to keep the same benefits you do nothing as your plans will roll over into the next plan year.
If you have been an employee and waived the coverages during your new hire enrollment period:
Open enrollment is your opportunity to elect coverages.
