You should carefully consider your Open Enrollment decision as this is the only time you are allowed to change your benefit elections without a qualifying life event. Your decisions will remain in effect for the entire plan year (January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023) unless you experience a qualifying life event.
What happens if I do not log onto the Employee Navigator portal during open enrollment (1/1/2023 effective date)?
Employees must go to the bSwift to process Open Enrollment changes. Make sure your dependent and beneficiary information is up-to-date. All elections must be completed by Wednesday, December 21st to ensure your enrollments are processed as soon as possible for the January 1st effective date.
