Introduction

Annual enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the 2024 benefits, review your current coverage, and choose the best options for you and your family. Please review our 2024 PPSP Guidebook and review the recorded Open Enrollment PowerPoint to learn more about our 2024 benefits offerings.

No Open Enrollment Meetings will be held this year. An Open Enrollment recorded presentation will be provided to learn more about your 2024 benefits. You, spouses, significant others, or anyone who helps you with your benefit selections is strongly encouraged to review the presentation.

How To Enroll

Action Required

You should carefully consider your Open Enrollment decision as this is the only time you are allowed to change your benefit elections without a qualifying life event. Your decisions will remain in effect for the entire plan year (January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024) unless you experience a qualifying life event.

What happens if I do not log onto the Employee Navigator portal during open enrollment (1/1/2024 effective date)?

  • Medical: your current election will continue
  • Dental: your current election will continue
  • Vision: your current election will continue
  • FSA: not enrolled
  • Mass Transit: your current elections will continue
  • Voluntary Products: your current election will continue

Employees must go to the bSwift to process Open Enrollment changes. Make sure your dependent and beneficiary information is up-to-date. All elections must be completed by Friday, December 8th to ensure your enrollments are processed as soon as possible for the January 1st effective date.
