Penkhus Motor Company offers a comprehensive medical plan offering with a choice between a Gold (PPO), Silver (PPO) and Bronze (HDHP) plan offering. All plans utilize Cigna's Open Access Plus (OAP) network. The Bronze and Silver plans are In-Network only plans. The Gold plan is the only plan that offers Out-of-Network benefits.
The Gold and Silver plans are copay-based plans with the key difference between the two being the deductible and out of pocket maximums. The Silver plan provides a more competitive cost on a per pay period basis, while the Gold plan costs more with less out of pocket cost when experiencing medical claims.

A qualified high deductible health plan with a Health Savings Account is an alternative to traditional health insurance plans. The HSA is a savings product that offers a different way for consumers to pay for their health care costs. You must be covered by a Qualified High Deductible Health Plan (QHDHP), such as PMC's Bronze plan, to be able to contribute to an HSA.
Your HSA is your money. Whatever you do not spend in a given year rolls over to the next. If you change jobs or retire, your HSA balance goes with you.
Rocky Mountain Reserve (RMR) will be your new HSA vendor for the 2024/25 plan year. You may continue to use your Benefit Wallet account, but your employer will only be setting up new HSA accounts through RMR. If you choose to maintain your HSA account through Benefit Wallet and not roll over to RMR, please be advised that there could be a fee associated with the account.
