Annual enrollment is your opportunity to learn about your health care benefits, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family.
Your Medical, Medical Gap and Vision plan year runs from December 1, 2022 through November 30, 2023.
Your Dental plan year runs from October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023
Your Long-Term Disability plan runs from April 1, 2022 through March 31, 2023
Please review all 2022-2023 Benefits Overview Information. If no changes are needed then your current benefits will just roll over into the new plan year.
If you are a new employee you have the opportunity to elect coverages.
Please make your elections no later than 30 days from your hire date.
Coverage will begin the 1st of the month following your hire date.

Please give the applications to Danielle Boston no later than 30 from your hire date.

If you enroll in the Highmark medical you will automatically be enrolled in the Companion Life Medical Gap.
