Medical

Dental
Delta Dental
For 2024 Princess House's Dental Plan will continue with Delta Dental. There will be no changes to the plan or employee paycheck contributions.
As a reminder, the annual benefit maximum was increased to $2,000 per member per year in 2023. (The benefit maximum applies to all services except orthodontia.) And the orthodontic lifetime benefit maximum increased to $1,500 in 2023. These benefits will continue in 2024.

Vision
Aetna
Princess House will continue to offer the vision plan with Aetna! This benefit provides members with access to an annual vision exam as well as coverage for glasses and contact lenses.
The vision plan will continue to be provided to you at no cost for 2024! Princess House will pay 100% of the cost of your coverage!
With Aetna Vision Preferred you have access to care from thousands of vision providers across the country, including retail vison providers. To find a vision provider in Aetna's network simply click the website link below.

How To Enroll
All employees must log into UltiPro, using the app or go directly to the UKG site, to make benefit elections for 2024. Be sure to complete your elections by November 17, 2023.
The benefits you elect during this annual enrollment period will be effective January 1, 2024 and continue through December 31, 2024. Unless you experience a qualifying life event (such as marriage or the birth/adoption of a child), your next opportunity to change your elections will be in November 2024, for coverage starting on January 1, 2025.
