Princess House's 2024 Annual Enrollment Starts Here!


The Annual Open Enrollment Period is your opportunity to learn about the 2024 Princess House Employee Benefits Program, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family for the new year.

We’re pleased to announce our benefit offerings for 2024!


  • Medical - the BCBS PPO medical plan will continue to be offered in 2024 with some plan design changes
  • Dental - Delta Dental plan will continue with no plan design changes and no change to employee paycheck contributions!
  • Vision - the Aetna Vision Preferred plan will continue, with no changes, at no cost to you
  • EBC will continue to be the Flexible Spending Account Administrator
  • The Reliance Life, AD&D and Disability Plans will continue with no changes in 2024
  • Nationwide Pet Insurance and Norton LifeLock will continue to be offered

Medical

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts


The Blue Care Elect Preferred PPO plan will continue to be offered with the following plan design changes:


  • Deductible $500 (Single) and $1,000 (Family)
  • Medical annual out-of-pocket maximum $4,000 (Single) and $8,000 (Family)
  • Specialist office visit copay $60
  • Emergency room visit copay $250

As a reminder, the following programs will continue to be available to members in 2024:

  • Virtual Primary Care - Choose a PCP from a select group of providers who deliver care via a comprehensive virtual primary care team with $0 copay
  • Zero Copay Medications for Chronic Conditions - Certain medications to treat a specific list of chronic conditions will be $0 member cost share
  • Low Cost, Brand Name Insulin - Several types of brand name insulin will be covered at $0 member copay

Dental

Delta Dental


For 2024 Princess House's Dental Plan will continue with Delta Dental. There will be no changes to the plan or employee paycheck contributions.


As a reminder, the annual benefit maximum was increased to $2,000 per member per year in 2023. (The benefit maximum applies to all services except orthodontia.) And the orthodontic lifetime benefit maximum increased to $1,500 in 2023. These benefits will continue in 2024.

Vision

Aetna


Princess House will continue to offer the vision plan with Aetna! This benefit provides members with access to an annual vision exam as well as coverage for glasses and contact lenses.


The vision plan will continue to be provided to you at no cost for 2024! Princess House will pay 100% of the cost of your coverage!


With Aetna Vision Preferred you have access to care from thousands of vision providers across the country, including retail vison providers. To find a vision provider in Aetna's network simply click the website link below.

How To Enroll



All employees must log into UltiPro, using the app or go directly to the UKG site, to make benefit elections for 2024. Be sure to complete your elections by November 17, 2023.

 

The benefits you elect during this annual enrollment period will be effective January 1, 2024 and continue through December 31, 2024. Unless you experience a qualifying life event (such as marriage or the birth/adoption of a child), your next opportunity to change your elections will be in November 2024, for coverage starting on January 1, 2025.
