Princess House's 2023 Annual Enrollment Starts Here!

The Annual Open Enrollment Period is your opportunity to learn about the 2023 Princess House Employee Benefits Program, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family for the new year. 

We’re pleased to announce our benefit offering for 2023!

The BCBS PPO plan will continue to be offered in 2023. Additionally, there will be no increase to employee medical contributions next year!

Also there are some great enhancements being made to Princess House's benefits program!

  • Dental - Delta Denral benefit maximums will increase next year. No change to employee paycheck contributions!
  • Vision - A new vision insurance plan will be offered through Aetna. Princess House is providing you with this benefit at no cost!!

Your 2023 PPO plan will continue to be offered with no changes to your payroll cost for coverage (unless you enroll or disenroll any dependents).

In addition, several new programs will be available to members beginning next year:

  • Virtual Primary Care - Choose a PCP from a select group of providers who deliver care via a comprehensive virtual primary care team with $0 copay.
  • Zero Copay Medications for Chronic Conditions - Certain medications to treat a specific list of chronic conditions will be a $0 member cost
  • Low Cost, Brand Name Insulin - Several types of brand name insulin will be covered at $0 member copay

Delta Dental

For 2023, Princess House's Dental Plan will continue with Delta Dental. There will be no change to employee paycheck contributions for dental. And this plan will be enhanced! The benefit maximums under the Delta Dental plan will increase in 2023.

A benefit maximum is the total amount of money that Delta Dental will pay for a member’s dental care. Next year, the annual benefit maximum will increase to $2,000 per member per year. (This benefit maximum applies to all services except orthodontia.) The orthodontic lifetime benefit maximum increases to $1,500.

New for 2023! Princess House is happy to announce that we will be offering a new vision insurance with Aetna! This benefit offering provides members with access to an annual vision exam as well as coverage for glasses and contact lenses.

Additionally, this vision insurance will be provided to you at no cost! Princess House will pay 100% of the cost of your coverage!

With Aetna Vision Preferred you have access to care from thousands of vision providers across the country, including retail vison providers. To find a vision provider in Aetna's network simply click the website link below.

How To Enroll

All employees are required to log into UltiPro via KitchenTalk to make benefit elections for 2023. Be sure to complete your elections by November 18, 2022.


Once you’re in KitchenTalk, access the Quick Link to make your 2023 benefit elections.


The benefits you elect during this annual enrollment period will be effective January 1, 2023 and continue through December 31, 2023. Unless you experience a qualifying life event (such as marriage or the birth/adoption of a child), your next opportunity to change your elections will be in November 2023, for coverage starting on January 1, 2024.


Important note for annual enrollment: Prior year benefit elections for Health Care FSAs and Dependent Care FSAs will not carry forward. You must make these benefit elections each year during the designated annual enrollment period. Your other elections for medical, dental and Supplemental Life and AD&D will carry forward to 2023 unless you make a change during this enrollment period.
