The Annual Open Enrollment Period is your opportunity to learn about the 2022 Princess House Employee Benefits Program, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family for the new year. Please review our 2022 Corporate Office Benefits Guidebook to learn more about our benefit offerings.
We’re pleased to announce that there will be no changes to our benefit plans for 2022!
Please review the information below, including the 2022 Benefits Guidebook, and all of the Online Resources that are included for more information on all of the benefits available to Princess House employees.
Your 2022 HMO and PPO plan options will remain the same as 2021, with no changes to the benefits provided by the plan, your cost for services, or your payroll cost for coverage (unless you enroll or disenroll any dependents).
Please see the BCBS benefit details below to make your choice for 2022!
The 2022 Dental Plan plan will remain the same as for 2021, with no changes to the benefits provided by the plan, your cost for services. There will be a slight increase to your payroll cost for coverage.
Our Delta Dental coverage includes a “Rollover Max” provision. If you see your dentist during the year for a cleaning or exam, and don’t use more than $700 of your annual benefit maximum, you can carry over $500 of your unused benefit to the next plan year – a great feature if you anticipate future dental expenses. You can continue to roll that amount over each year until you use it, up to an accumulated maximum of $1,250. To qualify for the year, you must have at least one dental cleaning or oral exam during the plan year and submit a claim for that service, and your claims for the year cannot exceed $700. Princess House offers you the opportunity to enroll in these voluntary benefit plans:
See the information below and your 2022 Benefits Guidebook for more details!
If you're enrolled in the Health Care FSA for 2021, remember that you can carry over unused balances of $50 to $1,200 to the 2022 plan year. Keep this in mind when making your 2022 FSA election!
All employees are encouraged to log into UltiPro via KitchenTalk to make benefit elections for 2022. Be sure to complete your elections by November 19, 2021.
Once you’re in KitchenTalk, access the Quick Link to make your 2022 benefit elections.
The benefits you elect during this annual enrollment period will be effective January 1, 2022, and continue through December 31, 2022. Unless you experience a qualifying life event (such as marriage or the birth/adoption of a child), your next opportunity to change your elections will be in November 2022, for coverage starting on January 1, 2023.
Important note for annual enrollment: Prior year benefit elections for Health Care FSAs and Dependent Care FSAs will not carry forward. You must make these benefit elections each year during the designed annual enrollment period. Your other elections for medical, dental and Supplemental Life and AD&D will carry forward to 2022 unless you make a change during this enrollment period.
