Our Delta Dental coverage includes a “Rollover Max” provision. If you see your dentist during the year for a cleaning or exam, and don’t use more than $700 of your annual benefit maximum, you can carry over $500 of your unused benefit to the next plan year – a great feature if you anticipate future dental expenses. You can continue to roll that amount over each year until you use it, up to an accumulated maximum of $1,250. To qualify for the year, you must have at least one dental cleaning or oral exam during the plan year and submit a claim for that service, and your claims for the year cannot exceed $700.
