Your Medical, HRA, Dental and Vision plan year runs from January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024.
Your Aflac plan year runs from March 1, 2023 through February 28, 2024.

HOW TO ENROLL
Pediatric Care now has an electronic election of benefits platform which is through EASE.
Once you are setup as an employee you will get an email with a link to create a password in order to sign up and electronically elect your benefits.
