If NO CHANGES are required, then your current benefits will just roll over into the new plan year.

HOW TO ENROLL
- If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by November 14.
- Your CURRENT elections will carry forward to 2025-2026 if you don't make a new election.
- If you enroll in the UPMC medical plan you will automatically be enrolled in the Morgan White Gap plan.
- If you wish to buy additional Life AD&D benefits you must complete the MetLife Enrollment/Change Form.
