Welcome

Caring People Alliance strives to offer employees an array of benefit options to fit a variety of employee needs. Open enrollment is the time to review the benefits and make any changes for the coming plan year (9/1/2023 to 8/31/2024).

Caring People Alliance is pleased to announce that the benefits will be staying the same this open enrollment period, and we are thrilled to share that the employee cost-share has been revamped for the 2023-2024 plan year. Caring People Alliance is enhancing the medical subsidy so most will see a savings to your medical cost along updating medical contributions from four-tier salary bands to three-tier salary bands. Payroll deductions will also move from a 24-pay cycle to a 26-pay cycle.

Please read this overview carefully as it contains the actions you need to take during open enrollment. All benefit elections made during open enrollment will be effective on September 1, 2023.
