Welcome Olo Employees


This website is available to benefit eligible Olo employees, for reference and enrollment information. 

  • During Open Enrollment (November 1, 2022 through November 15, 2022), you can review and make benefits changes for the upcoming plan year, which begins January 1, 2023 and ends December 31,2023, in the enrollment portal. Once your elections are submitted, you can only make changes if you have a Life Event (as outlined on page XX of the benefit guide, available in the Benefits Overview section below).

How To Enroll

Visit the Namely portal below to enroll and modify your elections for 2023

  • If you're electing benefits coverage for the first time, you must log in to the portal to make benefits elections between November 1, 2022 and November 15, 2022.
  • If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do during the open enrollment period. Your current medical, dental, and vision elections will carry forward to 2023 if you don't make a new election.
  • If you would like to decline benefits coverage, review the benefits plan options in the Namely portal.
  • To participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) in 2023, you must make an election. Your 2022 elections for HSA or FSA will not carry over to 2023.

All plan elections must be completed by November 15, 2022. You will not be able to modify or make new plan elections after that date, unless you experience a life change event.
