Benefits Overview
We appreciate all of our employee's hard work during this difficult time. We are excited to announce several additions to our benefit offerings:
- Bright Horizons - All employess will have access to Bright Horizons. This amazing platform can help with childcare and eldercare solutions. Solutions range from in-home care, to after school care, to emergency coverage. Whatever your needs are, Bright Horizons can help.
- Headspace - All employees will be able to access the Headspace app at no additional charge. This app can help you deal with and relieve excess stress in your daily life.
- Employee Assistance Program - We are adding a new, comprehensive Employee Assistance Program that is free of charge. Get assistance with every day concerns and better manage your daily life.
- Free Telehealth Visits - We want to keep you and your family safe and healthy all year long. We are pleased to announce that Telehealth visits will be covered 100%. This means there will be no fee for Telehealth visits. Co-pays will still apply for in-person visits.
How To Enroll
This year is an ACTIVE Open Enrollment. In order to enroll in your benefits, you must login to Employee Navigator and make your elections, even if you are not making any changes. If you do not login and make your elections, you will not have coverage for the new plan year.
Open Enrollment is the one time of year where you can update your elections. The elections you make will remain in place until December 31. You cannot make changes to these elections unless you have a Qualifying Life Event (QLE). You must notify HR within 30 days of your QLE to be eligible to make new elections.
