• Open enrollment is the only time during the year that you have the opportunity to enroll or change your medical, dental, or vision elections (unless you experience a qualifying event).
• If you experience a qualifying event such as adoption or birth of a child, marriage, divorce, death of a covered member, or loss in coverage from a spouse’s plan, etc., please remember to let HR know within 30 days from the date of the qualifying event
