This year we are changing our benefits:
Medical Coverage: Now available through BlueCross BlueShield
Dental and Vision Coverage: Now available through Principal
Please note: Beginning January 1, 2021 the Medical coverage offered to Triple Crown employees will be with a new carrier, BlueCross BlueShield. For the remainder of 2020 as you have provider visits, elective procedures, or fill prescriptions during the months of November and December, please communicate effectively with your providers to ensure doctors are submitting claims before December 31, 2020. If you have any questions about whether a provider has submitted bills to our current claims administrator, EBMS, we ask that you use the EBMS portal to check on the status.
Log in to your Paycom account to review your current elections and enroll/waive coverage for 2021
If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by November 20th at 11:59pm CST. You MUST elect or waive coverage for 2021.

Should you need additional information about the plans that are available to you as a Triple Crown Employee, please review the detailed benefit summaries for Medical, Dental and Vision coverage.
If you have questions about the benefits listed above please consult your Open Enrollment Guide. If you'd like to speak with someone about your plan options, please contact your Human Resources team (benefits@tripleco.com).
While Triple Crown is interested and concerned with the health of our employees and their dependents, we have HIPAA Privacy Compliance obligations which limit the information shared with us. Triple Crown has partnered with NFP for the purpose of brokering our health benefits. They are there for you, our valued employees, to assist with claim issues and benefit questions.
If you are experiencing a benefits-related issue and cannot get it resolved by calling the insurance carriers, we ask that you contact our broker at NFP.
