Enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the 2022 benefit plan offerings and choose the best options for you and your family. Please review your 2022 Benefit Guide to see what plans are available through The Recovery Project.
Once you have reviewed your 2022 benefit information and are ready to submit your elections, please complete an election form and turn it into Human Resources.

ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS
- Review the information in the Benefit guide.
- You must complete and sign an enrollment form to enroll/change coverage.
- You will not be allowed to make changes after outside of the 30 days of your initial election, unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event.
IMPORTANT
You must notify HR and change elections within 30 Days of a Life Event.
